I’ve been juicing my breakfast for months now and I find if I want more substance – especially as a runner where proteins and calories are important – I add soft &#ig26;morn8n2᾵ tofu and the organic cereal powder you can get at e-mart (I also use organic yoghurt, not being a vegan and all). |
